I took a large bread knife and sliced each corn patty in half. Those things are so thick anyway. And voila! Half the carbs. So easy.
Is it weird that THAT’S the part of my body I’m most self conscious about? It seems so trivial

Lose Yourself is the first song on every single one of my workout playlists… it’s like a ritual now. But seriously, if you’re losing steam and one of these comes on your iPod, I guarantee you’ll feel like you could kick someone’s ass afterward
After I workout I just feel lazy as fuck for the rest of the day…. like, I feel so damn good about myself that I just wanna take a nap. I don’t get it. Exercise is supposed to give you energy, soooo… wtf?
And I am adopting a semi-“I-dont-give-a-fuck” attitude about what I wear…. because every time i workout, I sweat SO GODDAMN MUCH that I have to wash my hair and re-do it, which sucks, so I just put less effort into my hair each time, and when my hair looks bad I don’t want to waste a cute outfit, so I just walk around in norts and srat tees every day….. ugh it’s a neverending cycle
