I feel like a terrible person

but I couldn’t help but think that the models on American Apparel’s website look a little chunky.

That’s fucked up, right? I talk all the time about the images the media sends out, yada yada etcetera but I JUST BECAME PART OF THE PROBLEM.

WTF is wrong with me? They’re models. And I’m not. They are skinner than me. Who the hell am I to judge them? If they are slightly curvier than other models than props to you, American Apparel, for putting real girls on your website and not sticks!

And still, I look back at them, and I want to be skinnier than that. I think I’m fighting a losing battle here. Sometimes I wonder if I’ll ever be satisfied with my body, no matter how much weight I lose.
